福建省经济增长与环境质量关系

根据福建省1996年-2012年人均GDP与典型环境质量的相关数据,建立环境库兹涅茨模型。模型结果显示：福建省环境库兹涅茨曲线并未出现典型的倒＂U＂型,而是工业废水排放量、工业废气排放量与人均GDP不服从经济增长与环境质量的6种典型关系,工业固废产生量、工业SO2排放量与人均GDP之间呈＂N＂型。建议从加大污染治理的投入、实行严格的环评审批制度和环境监管制度、加强对企业的引导等方面来缓解了经济增长可能带来的环境恶化。

The Relationship Between Economic Growth and Environment Quality in Fujian Province

According to the data from 1996 to 2012 per capita GDP and the typical quality of the environment in Fujian Province, some kinds of Fujian＇ s environmental Kuznets curve model was established. The results show that Fujian＇ s environmental Kuznets curve isn＇t the typical inverted ＂U＂ curve, but and the relationship between the wastewater and the value of GDP per capita can not fined from the six typical relationship of EKC ,the same with the industrial emissions, the relationship between the discharge of solid waste and the value of GDP per capita is an ＂N＂ curve, and the same with the S02 emissions. Therefore, some advice was gave to mitigate the environmental degradation which may be caused by economic growth： investment from pollution control must be increased, strict EIA approval system and environment monitoring system must put into practice, the guidance for enterprise must be strengthen, etc.
