| 摘 要： | 从各专业机构制定的各种标准,以及政府跟进的相关法规政策两个方面对美国郊区住宅形态的形成历史作了简要回顾,进一步分析了在上述标准与法规政策影响下形成的全美郊区住宅呈现的高度一致的超级街区、曲线形尽端式路网形态所带来的后果。最后探讨了其对我国城市居住区发展的一些启示。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the history of the formation of the suburban subdivisions in the United States of America, which involves a variety of standards set by different professional organizations and a variety of federal Acts as well as state laws. The paper also reviews how these technical and legislative measures had helped to shape the highly unified appearance of American suburban subdivision including superblock, hierarchical street network, curvilinear, and cul-de-sacs. The paper concludes with a discussion of the possible inspiration of these measures for China＇ s residential development. |
