从加氢失活催化剂中提取有效金属的研究

摘    要:研究了从负载有钨、钼、镍的加氢失活催化剂中提取有效金属钨、钼、镍的工艺方法。结果表明采用空气焙烧-氨水浸取的方法提取钨、钼,在适宜的条件下提取率能分别达到92.56%、95.03%;以硝酸镍的形式回收镍,镍的回收率能达到66%以上。

Abstract:The technique of extraction of effective metals such as W、Mo、Ni from deactivated hydrogenation catalyst has been studied.The result indicated that the extraction rates of W、Mo could arrive to 92.56% and 95.03%,respectively,by the method of air roasting and then leaching in aqueous ammonia.And nickel was recovered as nickel nitrate with recovery of almost 66% nickel.
