4,4’-二氟苯偶酰的合成研究

摘    要:以对氟苯甲醛为原料,3-丙基-4-甲基-5-羟乙基噻唑溴盐为催化剂,FeCl3/CuSO4/NaNO3为氧化剂,一锅法合成4,4’-二氟苯偶酰。考察了不同助催化剂及用量、催化剂用量、反应温度对反应收率的影响,得到较优工艺条件:三乙胺为辅助催化剂,m(对氟苯甲醛)∶m(催化剂)∶m(三乙胺)=100∶6∶14,反应温度90℃,总收率73.3%,产品结构经1 H NMR,IR确认。

Abstract:4,4'-Difluorobenzil was synthesized by one-pot procedure using 5-(2-hydroxyethyl)-4-methyl-3-propylthiazol-3-ium bromide as catalyst and FeCl3/CuSO4/NaNO3 as oxidant.The effects of different cocatalyst,amount of cocatalyst,amount of catalyst and reaction temperature on reaction yield were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: triethylamine was the cocatalyst,the mass ratio of p-fluorobenzaldehyde,catalyst and triethylamine was 100∶6∶14,the reaction temperature was 90℃.The total yield was 73.3%.The structure of the target product was confirmed by 1H NMR and IR spectroscopy.
