有机膦酸阻碳酸钙垢性能研究

摘    要:采用静态阻垢法,研究了ATMP、HEDP、EDTMP、DTPMP、HPAA及PBTC 6种有机膦酸对碳酸钙的阻垢性能,考察了温度及药剂投加量对其阻垢性能的影响。结果表明,有机膦酸阻垢剂具有较好的耐温性和良好的阻垢性能;在相同温度下,随着阻垢剂投加浓度不断增加,阻垢率逐渐升高,但存在阈值效应。利用扫描电镜对其阻垢机理进行了研究。

Abstract:The static anti-scaling method was carried out to validate the scale inhibition performance of six organic phosphonic acids,i.e.ATMP、HEDP、EDTMP、DTPMP、HPAA and PBTC.The effect of temperature and dosage of organic phosphonic acid on its scale inhibition capacity was investigated.It shows that organic phosphonic acids have better resistance to temperature and have good scale inhibition performance on CaCO3.At the same temperature,the scale inhibition rate increases gradually with increase in scale inhibitor concentration,however,there is a threshold effect.The scale inhibition mechanism was studied by scan electron microscopy.
