高炉瓦斯灰与煤粉混合喷吹的研究

摘    要:高炉瓦斯灰是高炉冶炼过程中产生的副产品之一,其中含有大量有益的铁和碳。目前,国外有些钢铁企业对其采用填埋方式处理,国内则基本上采取返回烧结再次造块的处理方式。将其与煤粉混合后从风口喷入高炉是利用高炉瓦斯灰的一项很有发展潜力的技术。混合喷吹不仅可有效利用灰中的有用物质,还可达到降低焦比、提高产量、利于炉况稳定顺行的目的。结合国内外高炉瓦斯灰与煤粉混合喷吹的现状,对其与煤粉混合喷吹进行了初步研究。

Abstract:Blast furnace flue dust is one of the byproducts in iron making process,which contains valuable amounts of carbon and iron.Today some foreign steel and iron company adopt burying method to deal with the Blast furnace flue dust.Many domestic companies adopt re-sintering method to deal with the Blast furnace flue dust.Co-injection of Blast flue dust and pulverized coal is a very significant technology.Co-injection can not only use valuable carbon and iron Of BF dust,but also reduce coke rate,increase productivity.Base on the actuality of Co-injection,The Co-injection of Blast furnace flue dust and PC was elementarily investigated.
