| Abstract: | It is an important political mission to electrify the areas in shortage of electricity, and it counts much for the overall situation of building up the new socialist countryside to address the problems those people have no access to power. The paper introduces the status of people having no access to electricity, power construction progress and the existing difficulty in Yunnan province and puts forward to the solutions and suggestions concerned. |
