| 摘 要： | 分析了影响中国石油抚顺石化分公司乙烯公司乙烯装置脱甲烷塔运行的主要因素,并针对乙烯装置改造后脱甲烷塔存在的问题进行了探讨。采用提高塔压、节流膨胀等方法改善脱甲烷塔的操作,减少了塔顶乙烯损失,提高了乙烯产品收率。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes main factors that affect the actual operation of Demethanizer,and discusses the problems existing in the Demethanizer after the revamp of ethylene plant in Fushun,CCPC.The authors put forward several methods,such as increasing the pressure in the tower and throttle expansion to optimize the oper- ation of demethanizer in results of decreased loss of overhead ethylene and increased yield of ethylene prod- uct. |
