| 摘 要： | 在分析环槽形内侧凹塑件结构特点及模具设计方案的基础上,设计了此类塑件的注射模.着重介绍了模具的结构及工作过程.巧妙地利用滑块与斜滑块联合抽芯机构解决此类塑件的脱模难题.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the structure characteristics of the plastic product with inner concave loop slot and the mold design projects,an injection mold for this kind of part was designed, the structure and the working process of the injection mold were mainly introduced. the problem of demoulding was solved using core-pulling mechanism combining slide and slanted slide. |
