摘    要:用溶胀动力学方法测定了不同用量的己二胺、乙二醇和丁二醇扩链的聚氨酯的溶胀动力学曲线,由其特征证明扩链剂种类,用量对聚氨酯结构有显著影响。随四官能度扩链剂用量增加,支化向交联方向发展;但随二官能度扩链剂的增加,支化又线型方向趋近。研究这些规律对指导合成及研究结构与性能的关系提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The swelling kinetics curves of polyurethane extended by hexamthylene-diamine,glycol and butylene-glycol-1,4] have been obtained by means of swelling kinetics method. Both type and amount of extender have significant influence on the structure of polyurethane. The more the crosslinking chain,the more the four functional extender.And the more the linear chain,the more the two functional extonder.These rules are important to guide synthesis and investigation of the relationship between structure and property.
