碎裂结构顶板锚杆支护实践

摘    要:巷道顶板为碎裂结构岩体,冒落高度达2~3m,两帮形成板裂化破坏。应用锚杆兜吊和锚索悬吊两种作用设计了锚杆支护参数。试验巷道没有发生冒顶事故,保持了稳定,变形后的断面满足生产需要,试验取得成功。支护成本下降315 3元/m,改善了安全生产条件,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:The rock roof with a cataclastic texture has a cavability with caving heights of 2~3m and two sidewalls are easy to have layer-cracked plate-like buckling.The parameters of suspension roof support were determined based on hanging action with a bolt-wire or cable truss.After the suspension roof support was used,the roof of trial tunnel was stable without any caving accidents and the deformed tunnel was still suitable to production demand.The supporting experiment is successful with improved safety and labor efficiency in production and lowered supporting cost of 315.3 Yuan per meter of tunnel.
