摘    要:甲基环戊二烯与对苯二醌经三步反应合成了甲基五环[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]十一烷(MPCU)。考察了甲基环戊二烯和对苯二醌的Diels-Alder加成反应中温度对转化率的影响,最佳反应温度为5℃,甲基三环[6.2.1.02,7]十一烷-4,9-二烯-3,6-二酮的收率为87.0%。探讨了甲基五环[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]十一烷-8,11-二酮光照时间与转化率的关系,最佳光照时间为20h,二酮的收率为80.0%。研究添加了MPCU的复配燃料的性能:在HD-01中,MPCU质量分数为50%时,密度比纯HD-01提高5%,单位体积燃烧热值提高4.2%;在喷气燃料RP-3中,MPCU质量分数为50%时,密度比纯RP-3的提高13.3%,单位体积燃烧热值提高10.1%。

Abstract:Methylated pentacyclo[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]undecane(MPCU) was synthesized with methylcyclopentadiene and 1,4- benzoquinone by a three-step reaction. Effect of temperature on conversion in the Diels-Alder addition reaction of methylcyclopentadiene and 1,4-benzoquinone was investigated. The optimum reaction temperature is 5℃, the yield of methylated tricyclo[6.2.1.02,7]undeca-4, 9-dien-3,6-dione is 87.0%. Relation between irradiation time and conversion of methylated pentacyclo[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]undecane-8, 11-dione was studied. The optimum irradiation time is 20h, the yield of dione is 80.0%. Properties of blending fuels added MPCU were researched. As an additive of HD-01, when mass fraction of MPCU reaches 50%, density and volumetric heat content of the fuel were increased by 5% and 4.2% than that of pure HD-01 respectively; As an additive of RP-3, when mass fraction of MPCU reaches 50%, density and volumetric heat content of the fuel were increased by 13.3% and 10.1% than that of pure RP-3 respectively.
