基于粗糙集理论的施工企业技术创新能力评价研究

为了使施工企业能够正确认识自身在同行业的技术创新能力水平，应采取适当的技术创新策略，提高自身的技术水平和竞争优势。采用层次分析法以及模糊综合评价法对施工企业的技术创新能力进行评价，针对评价指标的筛选提出了通过利用粗糙集理论，约简并构建施工企业技术创新能力的评价指标体系，从而为准确全面地对施工企业技术创新能力进行评价提供了一种有效的方法。

Technological Innovation Capability Evaluation of Construction Enterprises Based on Rough Set Theory

In order to help the construction enterprises to understand their technology innovation ability level in the industry, appropriate technical innovation strategies shall be adopted to improve their technical level and competitive advantage. The paper uses hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the technological innovation capability of construction enterprise and proposes simplification and construction of evaluation index system of technological innovation capability of the enterprises based on the theory of rough set. An effective method is provided to accurately and comprehensively evaluate the technological innovation capability of construction enterprises.
