基于模糊综合评价模型的工程项目融资模式评价与决策

随着我国融资体制的改革，资金筹措渠道日益拓展，国际上许多新型的融资模式已在中国工程行业中得到广泛的应用，融资模式决策问题趋于复杂化，给工程项目融资者带来了更加严峻的考验。因此，本文针对一项具体的工程项目，首先，根据WSR 的思想确定了工程项目融资模式评价的指标体系，并根据工程项目本身的特征初步拟定融资模式的若干方案；然后，借鉴专家调查法和多比例评分法的思想，客观地确定了各指标在各方案中所占的比重，建立模糊综合评价模型；最后，基于得到的模糊综合评价模型，按照一定的标准对众方案进行排序，最终得出适用于该项目的最优的工程项目融资模式。

The Evaluation and Decision of Project Financing Model Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model

With the reform of financing system in our country, financing channels expand increasingly and many internationalfinancing modes are applied in China＇s construction industry. The decisions on financing mode tend to be complicated, and it hasbecome a critical challenge for owners. For a specific engineering project, according to the idea of the WSR, an evaluation indexsystem of project financing model is determined firstly. Secondly, preliminary alternatives of financing are proposed. Then, theweights of each index are given based on expert investigation method and multiple scale score method. After that, a fuzzycomprehensive evaluation model is built. Finally, the alternatives are ordered based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation modeland the optimal financing model is proposed.
