| 摘 要： | 精益建造是基于精益生产理念对工程建造实现精益化管理的过程，建造工作流的稳定性直接关系到精益交付系统能否获得成功，探求建造工作流稳定性影响因素，对精益建造的实现具有重要的价值和意义。在对精益建造工作流分析的基础上，提出其9 种流构成形式，并采用问卷调查法分别对每种流的重要性及其稳定性影响因素进行分析。研究表明资金流、人力流以及信息流对精益建造工作流稳定性最为重要。

| Abstract: | Lean construction is a process of achieving lean management in construction based on the philosophy of lean production. Construction workflow stability is directly related to the success of lean delivery system. Therefore, it has extremely important value and meanings to achieve lean construction to explore factors of construction workflow stability. Based on the analysis of lean construction workflow, this article proposes its nine forms, and analyzes the importance and stability factors of each flow by the questionnaire. The results show that： important elements to lean construction workflow stability are cash flow, labor flow and information flow. |
