在建设项目中,工程变更是不可避免的,它对工程造价影响巨大,准确确定工程变更合同价款不仅有利于控制项目投资,保证工程项目顺利实施,还可以有效减少发承包双方的价款纠纷,减少建设工程项目不必要的成本。针对目前改变工作质量或其他特性这种变更概念界定模糊,缺乏研究深度,明确界定了改变工作质量或其他特性这种变更的范围,识别出其引起合同价款调整的因素,并将识别出的因素进行分析,研究其分部分项工程费和措施项目费的调整问题。

Research on Adjustment in Contract Sum Caused by Changes of the Quality and Other Characteristics in Project Construction

Variations,which are inevitable in project construction,could have a significant impact on cost engineering. To determine an adjustment in contract sum caused by variations accurately is not only beneficial to the control of the project investment and the insurance of project implementation,but also could effectively reduce the disputes between employer and contractor in the project to eliminate unnecessary cost. According to one of these five variations,which are caused by change of the quality and other characteristics,the paper defines the range of changes of the quality and other characteristics. Meanwhile,it identifies the factors of the adjustment in contract sum caused by changes of the quality and other characteristics. Finally,we have analyzed the factors identified,and have done a research on the adjustment measures of work sections and trades cost and preliminaries cost.
