基于质性分析的承发包双方信任状态描述研究

信任已经被证明是工程项目成功的关键因素,因此分析工程项目中业主与承包商的信任状态尤为重要。以DBB模式为背景,通过文献研究总结出工程项目各阶段表征信任的关键事件,运用半结构访谈和内容分析法识别出度量信任状态的抓手,明确了每个关键事件的信任状态表现"是什么"的问题,另一方面,从项目全过程的视角对业主与承包商信任状态进行了描述。研究发现,通过工程项目招投标阶段、施工阶段、竣工验收阶段的9个信任状态抓手可以比较快速、准确地度量每个关键事件中业主与承包商之间的信任状态。

Trust State Description of Contracting Parties Based on Qualitative Analysis Method

Trust has been proved to be a key factor in the success of construction projects,thus,it is especially important to analyze the trust state between the owner and the contractor in construction projects. On the background of DBB mode,this paper summarized the key things that represent trust through literature studies on the stages of construction projects,and recognized grips that can measure the trust state using the semi-structured interview and the content analysis method,meanwhile,made it clear to the question that what is the representations of the trust state in every key events. On the other hand,this paper described the trust state between the owner and the contractor from the perspective of overall construction projects. The study found it can measure the trust state between the owner and the contractor comparatively quickly and accurately within every key thing through nine grips of the trust stage in construction projects.
