施工企业BIM应用技术路线分析

Construction Company is facing two kinds of very different challenges during current BIM adoption period in comparison with CAD implementation 20 years ago. Firstly the available BIM softwares’ type and quantity are couple times as many as then. Secondly CAD mainly concerns on drawing sharing but BIM pays much more attention on information sharing. As a result, to choose a suitable technological route becomes vital for construction company to implement BIM successfully and with good return on investment. The paper introduces the methodology,process,technical factors and non-technical factors to choose BIM technological route. Finally By analyzing couple possible technological routes,the development trend of BIM technological route in different mature stages is given .
