摘    要:综合交通体系建设旨在促进区域均衡发展。从"十五"到"十一五"的综合交通体系建设中,我国局部的交通工程出现了过剩的现象。为指导和修正"十二五"交通规划,采用实证研究方法,以福建省两个五年计划的产业运动,尤其以福建省"二纵四横"高速路网为研究对象,梳理和总结了福建省重点产业在两个五年计划的发展、运动。结果表明,交通条件的改变只是必要条件,区域产业运动依赖于交通线节点城市的经济梯度。资源密集型产业对高速路网依赖不大,也就是对区域均衡发展贡献不大。经济发展严重不平衡区域,应优先发展高速路网,并优先发展经济梯度大的节点城市的连接。

Abstract:The transportation system can promote regional balanced development. From the "10th " to the "11th" five-yeardevelopment plan of comprehensive transport system, local transportation facilities appear to redundancy. To guide the "12thfive-year" transportation planning, taken the "two vertical and four horizontal" highway network as the research object, the paperexplores the two five-year plans of the industry movement by empirical research method. Results show that the change of trafficconditions is only the external conditions. Regional industry movement depends on economy gradient on the traffic line. Resourceintensive industries do not depend on highway. That's to say, it contributes little to the regional balanced development. Seriousunbalanced economic development regions, should be priority to development of expressway network, and priority to connect nodecities which they have significant economic gradient.
