| 摘 要： | 近年来建筑市场竞争日益激烈。为研究建筑市场竞争程度,根据2012年重庆市工程建设招标投标交易中心的基本数据,通过计算不同资质等级、不同属地施工总承包企业市场份额的泰尔指数分析了企业中标总额的分布,得出了重庆市建筑市场竞争程度。分析结果表明,不同资质等级、不同属地的企业所处的市场竞争程度均不相同,且企业的属地相比于资质等级对市场竞争的影响更大。并对处于重庆市建筑市场中的施工总承包企业的发展提出了建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the competition in construction market is increasingly fierce. In order to study the degree of construction market competition,based on the basic data of the construction project bidding trading center of Chongqing in 2012,distributions of the amount of successful bidders of general contractors with different qualification levels and from different regions are analyzed by calculating the Theil index of market shares. The the degree of construction market competition in Chongqing is obtained. The results indicate that the degrees of competition are different for enterprises with different qualification levels and from different regions,and the enterprises from different regions are more competitive than those with different qualification levels. At last,some suggestions on the development of general contractors in the market of Chongqing are given. |
