BIM技术在空间网架建模与快速估价中的应用

网架结构因其空间性能良好使其在工程项目中的应用日益增多,但由于空间网架既要考虑外观造型又要分析结构受力,使得空间网架的工程量很难统计。针对上述问题,在介绍了空间网架的工程量计算和计价原则的基础上,以大连某项目的空间网架为例,阐述了如何利用BIM进行空间网架的建模和工程量统计,并利用BIM中的基础数据,使用符合本地规范要求的造价软件对空间网架的造价进行计算。从而明确了BIM技术在进行空间网架造价计算时的优势,为今后的空间网架快速估价提供便利。

Application of BIM in Modeling and Quick Estimating of Space Grid Structures

Due to the good spatial performance,the application of grid structure has been increasing in the projects. But the space grid structure should consider both the appearance and the mechanical performance,which make quantities of grid structure difficult to calculate. In response to this problem,this paper describes how to make use of BIM to model and calculate quantities of grid structure based on introduction of the quantities calculation and valuation principle of space grid structure,taking a project of space grid structure in Dalian as an example. At the same time,it uses cost software which meets the local regulatory requirements to calculate the cost of grid structure with basic data of BIM. This study proves the advantage of BIM when calculating the cost of space grid structure,which facilitates quick estimation of grid structure in the future.
