| 摘 要： | 为了使监理企业对总监的绩效考核评价效果更加接近真实情况和更具有公平性，采用数据包络分析法（DEA），应用DEA 的C2R 评价模型，根据监理企业对总监绩效考核的具体量化评价指标，通过实例计算，对监理企业总监的绩效评价进行有效性分析，并从监理企业人力资源评价体系的投入和产出方面提出了优化和改进的方向。结果表明:应用DEA 方法给出的投影结果，可以为总监的绩效改进与提高提供科学的依据。

| Abstract: | To evaluate performance of chief supervision engineer by supervision firm, using data envelopment analysis （DEA）,C2R DEA evaluation model is adopted. Aiming to quantitative performance indicators prepared by supervision firm, an example isused to analyze the validity of performance evaluation. Optimization paths are proposed for human resources evaluation system. Theresults show that the DEA method can be used to improve performanceof supervision engineer. |
