建设项目群资源配置效率评价指标研究

建设项目群建设过程中各单项目之间存在着资源的竞争和冲突，合理配置各种资源是项目群管理的重点。在项目群管理的实践和理论分析的基础上，结合项目群资源管理的需要提出了项目群整体资源配置效率评价指标体系和某种资源配置效率评价指标体系。利用这两套指标体系对项目群建设过程中的资源配置状况进行评价，通过评价可以发现现存的资源配置状况存在的问题，并为提高资源配置效率指明方向，从而提高项目群资源配置的效率。

An Evaluation Index System of Resources Allocation Efficiency of Construction Program

The projects in a program compete with each other for many kinds of resources. On the basis of program management practice and theoretical analysis，the evaluation index system is put forward from two viewpoints: one is focused on some kind of resource allocation efficiency, the other is focused on the whole resource allocation efficiency of a program. By using these two sets of index, the resource allocation efficiency can be evaluated，and the existing resource allocation problems can be found，and measures can be taken to improve the efficiency of resource allocation of construction programs.
