噻二唑复合添加剂在润滑脂中的应用

摘    要:新型无灰噻二唑复合添加剂在润滑脂中具有良好的极压、抗磨和腐蚀抑制性能,并且明显优于二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锑。噻二唑复合添加剂与二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锑复配后在极压和腐蚀抑制性能方面还表现出了良好的协同效应,与二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和二烷基二硫代磷酸钼复配后在极压、抗磨和腐蚀抑制性能上也表现出了良好的协同效应。

Application of Thiadiazole Complex Additive in Greases

Abstract:A novel ashless thiadiazole complex additive possesses good anti- wear, extreme pressure and corrosion inhibiting properties in greases superior to those of antimony dialkyldithiocarbmate. Combined with dialkyldithiocarbmate, thiadiazole complex additive exhibits good synergistic effects in regard and corrosion inhibiting properties, and it also exhibits good synergistic effects in anti -wear, to extreme pressure extreme pressure and corrosion inhibiting properties combined with zinc dialkyldithiophosphate and molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate
