台山电厂发电机内冷水水质调控技术研究

摘    要:对台山电厂发电机内冷水水质不合格的原因进行分析,调整发电机内冷水混床中钠型树脂、氢型树脂和氢氧型树脂的配置比例,通过实验室试验、现场小型试验和现场工业试验,选择将美国陶氏树脂按VOH:VNa:VH=2:0.8:0.2的比例进行配置,应用于台山电厂发电机内冷水处理,以保证发电机内冷水水质。

Abstract:The reasons for unqualified inner cooling water quality of generator in Taishan Power Plant are analyzed, and the proportion of sodium resin, hydrogen resin and hydroxide resin in the mixed bed of generator inner cooling water is adjusted. Upon laboratory test, field small-scale test and field industrial test, the scheme of preparing Dow resin in the proportion of VOH : VNa : VH = 2 : 0.8 : 0.2 is selected and applied to the treatment of generator inner cooling water in Taishan Power Plant, so as to ensure the inner cooling water quality of generator.
