基于振动筒传感器的风洞压力检测系统

摘    要:针对风洞压力系统的检测需求,设计了以80C552单片机为控制核心、基于振动筒传感器的自动检测系统,重点设计了提高振动筒传感器测量精度配套电路和测量显示组件。系统的实现提高了风洞压力系统的检测自动化程度,具有检测速度快、精度高、判读直观的特点,在实际测试中运行良好,性能稳定。

Abstract:According to the test requirements of the wind tunnel pressure system, the automatic test system(ATS)which based on the 80C552 single chip processor and vibrating cylinder pressure sensor has been designed and realized, the system's frame are discussed. Besides that, a novel oscillatory circuit and a temperature compensation circuit of the transducer have been illuminated. This testing system proves to be valuable and runs well in use with quick speed of testing, high precision, visual reading, high reliability and simple operation.
