摘    要:介绍了德科纳米(Texcote)整理剂的作用原理和浸渍法、浸轧法工艺,比较了三种防皱处方的防皱效果,并对整理后不同织物的各项性能进行了测试和比较。试验结果表明,经德科纳米双疏整理剂整理后,织物可获得较好的拒水、拒油、拒污、抗菌、防皱、透气、透湿等效果,且整理剂本身近乎无毒性,对皮肤、眼睛无刺激,绿色环保。

Abstract:The mechanism of Texcote finishing agent and process of impregnation and padding methods were introduced. Three anti-crease recipes and their effects were compared, as well as the properties of different finished fabric were tested and compared. As a result, the fabric finished by the Texcote agent can be obtained better effects, such as water repellent, oil repellent, soil repellent, anti-bacterial, anti-crease, breathable and moisture permeability etc. The Texcote finishing agent is fewer toxicity and no stimulating to skin and eyes, and also is ecological.
