摘    要:通过试用国内新材料18Cr2Ni4w制造行星齿轮、太阳轮、直齿轮和斜齿圆柱齿轮等,研究经过热处理工艺后引起工件尺寸的变化规律:采用了打印标记,热处理前后直接测量长度尺寸的方法获取数据,并对所得数据记录、制表和曲线处理,得出齿轮轴轴向尺寸缩短、齿轮公法线尺寸变大、齿轮内孔尺寸缩短的变形规律.

Abstract:Based on applying the new material 18Cr2Ni4W in the manufacture of p lanet wheels ,sun wheels ,straight wheels and bevel wheels, the displacement reg ularity of these products in dimension after heat treatment had been discussed i n this paper. With the data obtained by the method of print label and the dimens ions measured directly after heat treatment the regularity had been obtained tha t the gear axial dimension was reduced; the common normal line of gear was enlar ged; and the internal aperture was reduced. This paper also promoted the exploit ation and usage of this new material.
