基于状态估计数据的电网线损理论计算方法

为了适应负荷实测和线损理论计算对数据的同时性、准确性的要求，提出一种利用状态估计数据进行35kV及以上供电网电能损耗率的计算方法。在分析采用状态估计数据的可能性与必要性的基础上，根据电网线损理论计算软件的计算原理，论述了在状态估计数据中提取电网线损理论计算需要的数据，进行数据转换的步骤和方法。应用结果表明：采用实时数据进行电网线损理论计算，减少不必要的人为错误，提高了效率及计算的准确性和精度。

Calculation Method of Transmission Line Losses Based on the Data of State Estimation

For assuring synchronicity and veracity of data that is necessary for load testing and theory calculation of line losses,this paper recommends a means to calculate power line losses of 35kV and above,which uses data of the power state estimation.This paper studies the possibility and essentiality of the state estimation data,and base d on the mathematical model of calculating software for power network line losses,the steps that the data needed by calcula tion is ac quired from state estimation are discussed.The flow-checking ensures that the condition of calculation is same as the actual operation planning.The results indicate:the calculation of line losses with real-time data will decrease the man-made mistakes and increase efficiency,at the same time,the veracity and the precision will be im proved.
