玻璃熔窑中窑坎位置变化对液流温度场和速度场的影响

摘    要:本文通过建立具有实用意义的浮法玻璃熔窑内物料运动和传热过程的三维数学模型,对在熔化部中放置窑坎进行了研究。通过实例计算,系统地研究了窑坎位置变化对玻璃液流温度场和速度场的影响,认为窑坎放置在5号、6号小炉中间为实例计算时的最佳位置,可使卡脖处的回流耗热为最小。

Abstract:In this paper,the method of locating furnace bank in melting tank is studied by practically setting up a 3 dimensional mathematical model of melt material motion and heat transfer in float glass furnace.Through on example calculation,the influence of furnace bank position is wholly studies on the temperature and speed field of glass flow and the best position of the bank are found out to be in the middle of port #5 and #6 in which the heat loss of return current at neck can be minimized.
