| 摘 要： | 工程项目成本管理是工程项目管理的重要组成部分．针对当前我国工程项目成本管理中的薄弱环节，从项目全面成本管理的职能机构、要素、过程和信息化集成等方面构建了工程项目全面成本管理体系，明确了该体系运行的原则，并提出了该体系的运行措施，保证对项目成本动态有效的管理．

| Abstract: | Construction cost control of a project is very important in construction project management.According to the problem of construction,the paper has explained how to establish comprehensive construction cost control system and specified its important combinations and executing principles.The performing procedures of the system from the dynamic principles of whole procedure,all angles and all staffs taking part in will also be studied,in order to ensure that project cost management is dynamical and effective. |
