高校新校区建设项目影响后评价模型分析和构建

高校新校区的建设已经过去了近十年,而我国对于大型公共项目后评价研究却在起步中。项目的后评价成果作为规划制定、项目审批、投资决策、项目管理的重要参考依据,可以不断提高投资决策水平和政府投资效益。对于以政府为主导的大型公益项目,影响后评价又可以从经济、环境、社会三方面进行深入的分析评价,论文结合西南交通大学新校区建设,主要通过对新校区产生的社会影响分析,运用构建的影响评价模型,为指导以后高校等大型公益教育类的项目投资决策作参考。

Research on the Model of Post-project Impact Analysis of New Campus for Higher-education in China

From now on,it has been long about ten years since the first new campus of one university been applied to been built.But the post-project analysis is just a start in China,and as a important part of post-project evaluation,the post-project impact evaluation is quite important in such a public project.The post-project analysis documents can be as a reference to make a better decision on such familiar large project.The case study is used to make the indicator system clearer.
