摘    要:针对静电粉末涂装中出现的喷房溢粉问题,从粉末回收机理上分析了其产生的原因,并对多种静电收集器(ESP)的特点及其对高比电阻粉末收集的性能进行了研究.通过合理地选择,高比电阻静电收集器和试验参数完全可以实现对静电粉末涂装中粉末的有效收集,消除喷房溢粉.

Abstract:Aiming at the powder overflowing from spray chamber in electrostatic powder spraying, the cause and mechanism of powder recovery system were analyzed. The characteristics of different ESP and their recovery performance for high-resistivity powder were studied. Through chosen and tested rationally, ESP with high resistivity can recover the powder in electrostatic powder spraying process efficiently and eliminate overflowing of nowder from spray chamber.
