摘    要:水运交通的发展和桥梁的增多,导致越来越多的船桥相撞事故发生。针对现有的船舶交通管理系统及被动防船撞装置在内河通航桥梁防船撞上的局限性,提出了桥梁防船撞主动预警系统方案。该系统基于红外和可见光成像探测的互补性,利用红外/可见光/激光复合探测及多源信息融合开展桥梁防船撞主动预警。设计了系统的总体方案及相应的硬、软件方案,并开展了初步的实验研究和性能分析。系统最终可以实现全天候、全天时、全自动、稳定可靠地对有撞桥趋势的船舶提前进行声光告警,有效减少船撞桥事故发生,保护桥梁和船舶的安全。

Abstract:The development of waterway transportation and the increase of bridge lead to more and more ship-bridge collision accidents.In view of the limitation of vessel traffic service and the passive system in inland waterway,an active early-warning system for bridge piers against ship collision is presented.We have designed an active early-warning system for bridge piers against ship collision,which is based on information fusion after target detection with the infrared/visual camera and laser.In this paper,the overall system and the corresponding hardware&software were designed.We also carried out a experimental study and performance analysis.The system can warn the ships which will strike the bridge piers with acousto-optic means.It can work automatically under all-weather,day and night.The system can decrease ship-bridge collision and protect the bridge and ships.
