拓扑优化理论在二维深孔弧形闸门设计中的应用研究

摘    要:利用拓扑优化理论,对结构复杂的深孔弧形闸门作了深入地研究,并通过对优化结果的变形分析与应力校核,表明结构应力分布均匀,能够更好地发挥各部位材料的最佳性能,验证了拓扑优化理论在水工闸门中应用的可行性。

Abstract:Using the topology optimization theory, deep orifice radial gates are further studied and the deformation analysis and stress checking of optimization results show that the distribution of structure stress is uniform, and the materials of each portion can function well. The feasibility of application of the topology optimization theory in hydraulic gate design is demonstrated.
