寿宁县水利信息化建设的现状与探讨

信息时代的到来对县级水利信息化建设提出了新的要求,进行县级水利信息化建设已是势在必行。县级水利信息化建设应从完善县级洪水预警中心和防汛指挥中心着手,逐步采集、储存各种数据、图片,建立健全数据库与数据中心,建立水资源、水质监测与评价、水土监测与管理、水利水电工程、水利公众等信息系统,实行资源共享,逐步实现水利信息采集自动化、传输网络化、处理实时化、管理数字化、决策智能化的技术系统,提高水行政管理工作水平。
