纳米TiN改性TiC基金属陶瓷可转位刀片研究

摘    要:阐述了用纳米TiN改性对TiC基金属陶瓷力学性能的影响,用自行研制的纳米TiN改性的TiC基金属陶瓷可转位刀片与YT15、YT8及未改性的TiC基金属陶瓷刀片进行了对比性的切削试验。结果表明纳米TiN改性的TiC基金属陶瓷刀片具有优良的综合切削性能,生产应用具有广阔的前景。

Abstract:In this paper, the mechanical characteristics of TiC metal ceramic tool material is introduced, and especially the way for modifying its properties by nano TiN is analyzed. Metal cutting test of this tool material is done and compared with YT15,YT8 and non_modified TiC metal ceramic tool materials. The result states that the new tool material has good cutting properties and can be widely used in industry.
