| 摘 要： | 以"国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要"为指导,从教育学、体育学、社会学、管理学的角度分析我国学校体育发展现状以及存在的问题。同时研究了教育国际化背景下培养国际化人才的素质结构特点和学校体育教学目标、教学过程、教学组织以及我国学校体育应对教育国际化发展趋势的改革与发展目标和对策。
