| 摘 要： | 吉林省人力资源丰富,但与其经济发展水平并不匹配。文章从人力资源总量、人力资源能力、人力资源结构三个方面对吉林省人力资源与经济发展的耦合状况进行了系统分析,结论认为:吉林省人力资源丰富,但就业不够充分;人力资源素质较高,但竞争力不足;人力资源产业结构不合理,与产值结构匹配性差。
