基于CAE技术的高度可调式医用转运车的设计

摘    要:介绍了采取机械式的方案对医用转运车进行设计,提出了以x型杆和平行四边杆联动的调高机构,进行转运车的整体设计.在设计过程中充分利用了先进设计方法建立手推车的数字化模型,并应用有限元分析软件ansys进行分析来验证设计的合理性,优化了设计方案,提高了工作效率.

Abstract:The medical carriage with mechanical structure is designed in this paper.The height adjusting system with X-bar and parallelogram four-bar linkage is proposed.The numerical model of the carriage was established by the advanced designing methods during the design progress.The finite element analysis software Ansys is used to analyze the rationality of the design,so the design strategy is optimized and the working efficiency is increased.
