关于冶金桥式起重机副钩的超载问题及解决方案

摘    要:根据实验结果并通过计算、论证,决定将该起重机副钩的额定起重量由原来的5t提高到8t,改造后的副卷扬起重量比原设计增加了60%。根据改造技术要求,经对该起重机结构和机构相关部分的改造设计、核算,使原QDY32/5tt-25.5-A7起重机能满足生产需要并符合国家标准.

Abstract:Based on the experimental results,calculation and demonstration,decided to use the crane hook of rated capacity from 5 to 8 tons.the Deputy roll lift weight increased by 60% than the original design after the transformation.According to the transformation of technical requirements,According to the structure and mechanism of crane the relevant part of the design,calculation,so that the original QDY32/5 t-25.5-A7 crane can meet the needs of production and in line with national standards.
