玉米须中黄酮和多糖综合提取工艺研究

摘    要:研究了从玉米须中综合提取多糖和黄酮的方法,并以多糖和黄酮的提取率为指标进行评价.用热回流和超声法提取玉米须中多糖和黄酮,分别提取3次,提取时间为1、1、0.5 h,在该提取条件下通过测定吸光度,计算玉米须中多糖和黄酮的提取率.结果100 g玉米须回流提取多糖提取率为4.44%,超声提取多糖提取率为4.47%;回流提取黄酮总提取率为0.93%,超声提取黄酮总提取率为0.84%.

Abstract:The comprehensive extraction technology of flavonoids and polysaccharide from Stigma maydis is introduced,and its extraction rate was regarded as the assessment index.The reflux and ultrasonic method was used to extract more polysaccharide and flavones for three times.Extraction time is 1h、1h、0.5h respectively.The results indicate that the extraction rate of polysaccharide from 100g stigma maydis was 4.44% by the reflux method and 4.47% by ultrasonic method;the extraction rate of flavones was 0.93% by reflux method and 0.84% by the ultrasonic method.
