摘    要:在TFT-LCD切割裂片制程中,研究了刀轮角度、切割压力、切入量等工艺条件的优化对后段cell制程和module制程的影响。切割裂片条件优化使玻璃基板表面弹出的玻璃屑大大减少。实验发现,优化后的切割裂片条件使无尘室环境得到改善,洗剂的污染程度和生产成本降低,偏光片贴附制程中的玻璃屑异物下降1% ̄2%,并使LCD的连接更加安全、可靠。

Abstract:In the process of TFT-LCD manufacturing,effects of optimized scribing and breaking parameters,such as scribe-wheel angle,cut pressure and press amount on the cell process and module process are studied.The cutting process optimization greatly decreases the amount of crumbles from the TFT-LCD glass substrates.The results show that the improved conditions play very important roles in ameliorating the environment of cleaning room,making the pollution extent of lotion reduce and the production cost-effective,having the unqualified ratio caused by glass crumbles decrease by 1%~2% in the polarizer attachment process,as well as making LCD connection safer and more reliable.
