Studies on Antimonopoly Issues of Licensing of Intellectual Property

The intellectual property licensing is the main means of the intellectual property implement and it is helpful to realize the profit maximization. However it also has the tendency to antimonopoly, and is likely to set barriers to intellectual innovation and competitions. This paper, which, in virtue of case analysis approach and comparative analysis approach, makes the analysis of several specific intellectual property licensing behaviors on the basis of the antimonopoly law, holds that we should consider the effects from different factors and then balance the incentive effect to innovation and the restrictive effect to competition.
