摘    要:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定肾康口服液中黄柏的小檗碱含量。采用反相高效液相色谱法,Novapak C18柱(3.9×150mm,5μm)流动相为甲醇一乙腈(0.05mol·L-1)-磷酸二氢钠溶液(20∶3S∶45),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为346nm。小檗碱的回归方程为C=1.2616+1821X10-6A,r=0.9992,在4.00~20.00μg·mL-1范围内呈线性关系。平均回收率和RSD分别为101.32%和1.18%(n=5)。方法操作简便,测定结果准确可靠,可用于测定肾康口服液中黄柏的小檗碱含量。

Abstract:A quantitative method was developed for the determination on berberine of Huangbo in Shengkang oral liquid by RP-HPLC.Thechromatographic conditions include column Novapak C_ 18(3.9×150mm,5μn),mobile phase:methanol-methylcyanide(0.05mol·L -1-sodium dihydrogen phosphate(20∶35∶45),flow rate1.omL/ min,detection waVelength 346nm.The regression equation of berberine hydrochloride was C=1.2616+8.1821×10 -6A r-0.9992. The standard curve was linear in the range of 4.00~20.00 μg·mL -1. The average added recovery and RSD were 101.32%and 1.18% (n=5),respeetively. The method was simple sensitive,rapid and accurate.It may be used for determination of berberine in Huanbo of shenkang oral liquia.
