超声波智能清管器信号处理技术研究

摘    要:超声波智能清管器进行在线管道壁腐蚀缺陷检测时,经常出现误差问题.针对此问题,笔者提出了一种基于快速傅立叶变换和功率谱密度计算的解决方法.并用VC 实现了实时处理,最后对管道壁腐蚀缺陷进行了模拟实验,结果表明这种方法不仅适用于在线管道壁腐蚀缺陷检测,而且能精确测量壁厚.

Abstract:Error usually occurs during inspection of on-line pipelines for wall-loss defects using intelligent pig. Aiming at this problem, an effective method based on FFT and power spectral density computing has been put forward. An analogue experiment concerning wall-loss defect inspection has been done with VC++ in the real time processing. This method is applicable for not only on-line inspection of corrosion and other wall-loss defects, but also accurate measurement of pipe wall thickness.
