摘    要:采用生长速率法测定10种常用杀菌剂对芒果炭疽病菌的毒力.结果表明:45%咪鲜胺EW对芒果炭疽病菌生长的抑制作用最强,其EC50值为0.01 mg/L;40%氟硅唑EC、25%丙环唑Ec、95%苯醚甲环唑TC、50%~b海因WP的抑制作用相对较强,其EC50值范围为0.03~0.81 mg/L;96%睛菌唑TC、15%三唑酮WP、96%百菌清TC、30%醚菌酯WP的抑制作用较小,其EC50值范围为4~65.2 mg/L;50%代森锰锌WP抑制作用最小,其EC50值为105.0 mg/L;采用Horsfall法,将8个组合进行混配,咪鲜胺与三唑酮的混配中,其各个配比的毒力指数均大于1,于6:4的配比达到最大,毒力指数为1.2,共毒系数(CTC)为166.61大于100,具有明显的增效作用;其余7组混配组合均没有增效作用.

Abstract:Toxicitis of ten fungicides to mango causal agent Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were tested using mycelial growth rate method. The results showed that prochloraz 45% EW had the strongest of toxcity with the minimum EC50 value of 0.01 mg/L among 10 fungicides. flusilazole 40% EC, propiconazole 25% EC, difenoconazole 95% TC or iprodione 50% WP had stronger toxicities with the EC50 values of 0.03 to 0.81 mg/L. myclobutanil 96% TC, triadimefon 15% WP, chlorothalonil 96% TC and kresoxim methyl 30% WP had the lo...
