气体分馏装置的扩能改造

摘    要:应用PROⅡ模拟软件对抚顺石油二厂3 0 0kt/a气体分馏装置进行模拟计算,通过对操作条件、设备的优化,提高了装置的处理能力,改善了产品的质量,同时提高了产率,并节约了装置的改造费用,降低了装置的能耗。改造中在塔径、塔高、塔盘数不变即塔体利旧的情况下,用ADV微分浮阀塔盘替换原F1型浮阀塔盘,使各个分馏塔的生产能力提高40 %以上;精丙烯塔增加一条粗丙烯侧线抽出,增加了产品的灵活性;装置改造后精丙烯及粗丙烯的收率达3 1.8% ,精丙烯纯度99.99% ,达到国家优级品标准

Abstract:The gas plant of No.2 Refinery of Fushun Branch Co.,CNOOC was revamped with the application of PROⅡ simulator.With the optimization of operation conditions and equipment,the throughout was raised,the product quality and yields were also raised and the investment to the revamp and energy consumption were decreased.In revamping,the diameter of tower tray,the tower height and the number of tower trays were fixed,while the F_1 floating valve trays were replaced by ADV differential tower tray,the throughput of each fractionation tower was increased by over 40%.The flexibility of product was raised by an intermediate crude propylene product extraction pipe added to fine propylene tower.After revamping,the yield of propylene is 31.8%,and the purity of fine propylene is as high as 99.99%,which could meet the GB standard.
