| 摘 要： | IPTV技术逐渐成熟,然而节目内容丰富与否却成为IPTV能否成功的关键.提出了一个电视节目的录播和实时转播的解决方案,此方案适合有线电视运营商为IPTV用户提供电视节目.该方案的提出为有线电视运营商在IPTV上开展电视节目的运营提供了参考.

| Abstract: | The technology of IPTV is gradully developed, the most important factor of IPTV business is the abundance of the TV program. This article presents a solution on the TV program's record and real time rebroadcast. The solution is suitable for CATV carrier who want to provide programs for their IPTV users. We hope the solution can provide reference for the CATV carrier who want to engaged in their IPTV business. |
