摘    要:通过试验,研究了钛含量变化对铌钛微合金化钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着钛含量增加,铌钛微合金化钢中的贝氏休体积分数对钢材屈服强度的影响程度没有明显变化,而Hall-Petch关系斜率减小。同时,对铌钛微合金化钢的强度计算模型进行了修正。

Abstract:Microstructures and properties of Nb-Ti micro-alloyed steels with Ti content varying were researched through experiment. The results showed that with increasing Ti content, the effect of bainite fraction on yield strength is invariant, while the slope of Hall-Petch relationship decreases.Modelling of yield strength for Nb-Ti micro-alloyed steels has been modified, and the fact which brought the change in the slope of Hall-Petch relationship was discussed.
